  3. 3Cube the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil and salt, and roast at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Grill the kofta over coals or in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  5. 5Cook the rice as usual with a pinch of salt.
  6. 6Serve the kofta hot over the rice with the roasted potatoes alongside.
