Fruit Salad with Honey and Almonds

  1. 1Toast the almonds in a dry pan over low heat for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  2. 2In a serving bowl, add the apple, banana, pomegranate, and strawberry, and toss gently.
  3. 3Drizzle the honey over the fruit and toss gently, then scatter the toasted almonds and a pinch of cinnamon (if using) on top.
  4. 4Serve immediately before the apple and banana oxidize.

Tips

💡Slice the apple and banana last, just before serving — they brown fast in the air.
💡Swap fruits by season: strawberry and peach in summer, pomegranate and apple in autumn, dates and banana in winter.
