Oven-Baked Sea Bream with Vegetables and Lemon

A whole sea bream baked over potatoes and onion with olive oil and lemon. Light, fresh, and nourishing.

  1. 1Clean and butterfly the sea bream. Season inside and out with salt, cumin, and pepper.
  2. 2Spread the potato and onion slices in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. 3Place the fish over the vegetables and tuck lemon slices on top and inside. A slice or two of lemon may be tucked over the fish for flavor only.
  4. 4Bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes, until the flesh flakes easily.

Tips

💡Fresh sea fish matters more than the variety — sea bass or sole work the same way.
