Grilled Fish with Lemon Rice

Whole fish grilled in olive oil and lemon, served with plain white rice. Simple and traditional.

  1. 1Clean the fish and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. 2Cook the rice with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. 3Grill the fish over coals or in the oven at 200°C for 12–15 minutes.
  4. 4Serve over the rice with a few drops of lemon. A few drops of lemon may be added at serving for flavor.

Tips

💡Don't overdo the lemon — just a few drops for flavor.
