Pancakes without eggs or milk

Ingredients

  • 210 ml water
  • 150g whole wheat flour
  • Pinch of vanilla
  • Half a teaspoon of sugar (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • Half a teaspoon of any type of oil (optional)

Steps

  1. 1Mix all ingredients well and strain to remove any lumps. In a non-stick pan, wipe it with a drop of oil or butter, then heat it well. Before adding the batter, reduce the heat and start pouring a suitable amount (not too thick). Wait until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip it to the other side. Repeat this process for all the remaining batter.
