Whole Wheat Pancakes

Pancakes without eggs or milk

Ingredients
- 210 ml water
- 150g whole wheat flour
- Pinch of vanilla
- Half a teaspoon of sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of any type of oil (optional)
Steps
- 1Mix all ingredients well and strain to remove any lumps. In a non-stick pan, wipe it with a drop of oil or butter, then heat it well. Before adding the batter, reduce the heat and start pouring a suitable amount (not too thick). Wait until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip it to the other side. Repeat this process for all the remaining batter.
